During 2 weeks, you’ll have Spanish lessons every day at Co Co Lingua to acquire the appropriate terminology and learn about the cooking techniques.
You will also learn about the preparation of the recipes, the products used, varied tastes of the Spanish gastronomy and much more…
With a 5-hour workshop a week at Cook in Lanzarote, you will be given “hands-on” training, to experience the joy of cooking and of course, the pleasure of savouring your own creation.
During the workshops, you will prepare typical dishes like Canarian potatoes (papas arrugadas) with mojo, Spanish omelette, garlic prawns, almogrote, Canarian corn soup and fried calamari rings amongst many other traditional recipes.
As a recognition for your efforts, you will get your own apron to keep as a souvenir and you’ll be provided with an e-book including all the recipes learnt during the course.
